Standard lead time is 4 to 5 weeks from confirmed order. This covers all stages: material sourcing, printing, cutting, stitching, quality inspection, and packing. Because all production happens under our roof, we avoid the delays caused by outsourcing to third-party facilities.
We offer full sublimation printing (all-over colour), heat transfer printing, embroidery, screen printing, laser cutting, H&H seamless bonding, and vinyl application. Customisation includes colours, sizes, logos, player names, numbers, and fabric composition. If you have a design file, it can also be produced.
Blupax Textile uses a range of performance fabrics depending on the product: polyester interlock, spandex blends, dri-fit, moisture-wicking mesh, seamless knit, and premium fleece for hoodies. We can source specific fabric compositions on request.
